Dear Milind,
Welcome to HCM.
If You have not already got a blood TC and DC done, you should get it done, just to exclude Tropical eosinophilia.
If dust allergy is the cause you may consult a specialist in asthma, who may be having a kit to test for allergies due to various causes. They inject small quantity of various allergens subcutaneously and watch for reaction. Once they identify the allergy causing allergens, they can treat you accordingly.
For this allergy best form of ayurvedic preparations are available in the market Indukantham kashyam with gorochandhi gulika twice daily for one month avoid Curd and Fish during this period.
hi milind,
I am an ayurvedic doctor if you want really feel good from the above condition my request if you are ready go for ayurvedic medicines, since there are many drug of choices are there in ayurveda for this.
you just go for the blood RE test, first for the clarification
then we can go for the immunomodulatory treatment. any way you have to develop your immunity since you already worked in the same condition then no problem now only that is definitely due to the reduced immunity at the same time so many others also working under similar condition but nobody is having the same condition these all are the evidence of your reduced immunity
medicines available in market
somebody already recommended INDUKANTHAM KASHAYAM
if not contact me
