Having Facial Hair Growth. Given Krimson 35 Tablet. Is There Any Side Effect?

I consulted a gynaecologist for facial hair growth. She suggested me to take Krimson 35 tablets. I want to know whether there are any side effects. Does it really reduce facial hair growth ? I am not married still. I want to know whether it will affect my pregnancy and also whether it wil reduce hair growth in my scalp also. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to the forum. Krimson 35 has rare side effects (but individual variations do occur). The side effects complained are mostly vomiting, mood changes, breat tenderness, chloasma, gastric upsets, etc.

It inhibits the influence of androgens and reduces the activity of the sebaceous glands hence reducing hair growth. It is a combination of cyproterone acetate and ethinylestradiol. It is a hormonal pill and will not affect pregnancy. Since you are unmarried person, do limit the intake. Take vitamin supplements. Take care.
