Hello,
Swelling of the eyes and conjunctivitis is seen associated with fever more commonly in children. This can be treated with antibiotic eye drops and this will come down with treatment of the associated fever.
Dengue fever is also a viral fever caused by dengue virus. If you are in doubt regarding the type of fever please do consult pediatric doctor he will be able to diagnose by relevant blood investigations.
Thank you
