Hi
Presence of pus cells in the urine is a sign of UTI(urinary tract infection) and the symptoms like 1.burning sensation while passing urine 2.frequent urination 3.pain in the pelvic region 4.fever 5.back ache etc..,
So for uti i usually prescribe Sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim(cotrimaxazole) or amoxycillin or levofloxacin..
You have also pcod,,and use medications regularly for that..
The cause of your symptoms is not due to PCOD consult gynecologist for more details.. Thank you
