Having Increased Level Of Appetite. What Should Be Done?

hi, I have 9 years boy who likes to eat a lot, always asking and talking about food. If the meal is Pizza he will ask to eat 4 pieces or more, he is overweight but not to obesity. I added activty hours for him but we r still fighting about the quantity, i managed to cook healthy food but still he is 9 years and in need to candies etc...... i dont want this issue to affect him later on when he is older....what shall i do?

I suggest you to slowly accomodate him to healthy nutritious food in a phased manner. Try introducing a serving of fresh fruit everyday, especially citrus fruit.
