Hello and welcome to HCM, The history that you have given suggests a genital infection. the first step to be taken is abstinence. Both you and your boyfriend need to get treated before having intercourse else the infection will persist. A red rash, foul discharge and itchiness can be due to fungal infection, protozoal infection (Trichomonas infection), etc. If it is associated with lymph node enlargement, other sexually transmitted diseases have to be ruled out, e.g. gonorrhea, lymphogranuloma venerum, granulare inguinale, etc. You need to get the discharge examined microscopically. Serum tests may also be required. Since, you are experiencing burning sensation while urinating, a urine examination is also required. There may be associated urinary tract infection.
