Having Milky Discharge During Sex With Cramps. Does That Indicates Conception?

Hi,
My last period start date was November 21, 2013 and it was normal. My estimated ovulation day is Dec. 7, 2013. However, I am experiencing an abnormal secretion of white milky discharge during sex that never happened before. I have also been feeling cramps on the left lower side of my abdomen. I've heard many stories from people and I'm getting a little worried. Does this mean I'm pregnant? I am sexually active without birth control, but me and my boyfriend use condoms all the time.

Thank you,
Scared

Hello, well from the history you have given, discharge following sexual intercourse is quite common, this is because of vaginal secretions and semen.....However if the discharge is associated with fowl smell or itching, then you may have to consider any underlying infection. If your periods are regular and if you miss your period then you may have to do a urine pregnancy test, to rule out pregnancy. ....I would also suggest you to keep your perineum clean and take lots of fluids and void following intercourse to prevent infections.....hope i was helpful to you. ....
