Having Noticed 2 Bubbles At Back Of The Knee While Walking

Yes Hi im 28 years old and Ive noticed on the back of my knee i have these 2 bubbles showing only when I walk or when I stand on my feet for too long ... Should I be concerned and they have been there for a while ... I would say for maybe more then a year ...
