Having Noticed A Sediment Urine Which Looks Like Sand
The last month in a half I ve been finding blood when I wipe after I urinate. Often times I will find blood clots in the urine. I went to a primary doctor and was told to wait and come back within a month or two if the bleeding continues. Today I found what looked like sand settled at the bottom of my urine. Is this something serious?
Hi and welcome to HCM forum. Bleeding during urination can be caused by a variety of diseases that range from a simple UTI to stones or even any kidney pathology. You need a thorough examination and extensive investigations to diagnose and only then can treatment be started according to the cause. This is especially urgent considering the latest development of sand-like sediment. Do consult a urologist.
