Having Noticed External Injury Without Any Sigh From Outside

I was trying to get a bite to eat so while nursing my five week old baby i was eating. I by accident dropped the knife that i was using to spread some peanut butter on a peice of bread and one side banged his head when it fell. He didnt show any reaction and just continued nursing. The place where his head was banged seems fine, no red mark or swelling. i was wondering what i should do?

hi

if your baby is otherwise well you don't need to do anything. it sounds like an insignificant injury.

best wishes
