Having Pain In Upper Left Side Of Chest. History Of Muscle Damage. What Could Be This?

hi I am having a pain in the upper left hand side off my chest about 2" above my chest nipple and about 2 " to the right . I did a few years ago damage a little muscle in this area from memory I did have physio for this .
the pain is always there it never seems to ease any its like a hot burning pain . I am self employed guy and always on the go . I do not smoke and I do take a few beers but only moderate .my work involves installing tv aerials and satellite dishs I am 39 years old .I do not have any other pains and I am an easy go type off guy .

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Myalgia due to having type of your profession.
Take analgesic tablet for 2-3 days.
Apply some local analgesic cream locally.
Ok and take care.
