Having Pain While Swallowing With White Infection And Little Blood On Tonsil. How To Cure?

II recently had a issue of pain full swallowing I looked in my throat today and noticed a pale chunk on my left tonsil so I got a quip and press against it and I pulled out a small amount of tissue from it, there was some white infection and also a little bit of blood it s a noticeable chunk got I cleaned it with some oragel mouth sore wash, and garbled salt water, weird thing after 2 hrs I have no more pain when swallowing and I think it s being to look better what should I do to know if this is right treatment or what kind of otc medicines can I but?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain and presentation of symptoms it seems that you have infection in tonsils leading to Tonsillitis and white chunk that you experienced that released white infection that is pus and blood was a pus pocket formed secondary to infection..
You should take a short course of antibiotics like Augmentin or Azithromycin for 5 days.
Take anti-inflammatory painkiller Ibuprofen.
Chew a Vitamin C pellet daily..
Do warm saline gargles.
Avoid spicy and hard foods.
Steam inhalations can help..
