Having Penile Discharge With Cloudy Urine. Took Medication For Chlamydia But Symptoms Returned. Ultrasound Shows Testicular Microlithiasis

since December 2012 I have been having this penile discharge. I got tested for chlamydia and it was +. Took medicine and cleared out but symptoms returned a month later with negative results. have been tested in all different occasions for STDs and they all have been negative. Three Urologist, one told me it could be prostatitis. The other said it could be a new Chlamydia that is stronger to antibiotics. The third didn t even bother checking he said it was just prostate fluid. It s been almost a year and I m really concerned because the discharge has not stop and the cloudy urine continues at times. I did get a testicular ultrasound and came back with testicular microlithiasis but they told me to just follow up in 6 months and shouldn t be anything to worry about. Please help me find out what this is. Thank you
