Having Poor Memory, Memory Loss And Fumble And Miss Words While Talking. Cause And Cure?

Hi ,I am 27 yrs female . I have two problems .firstly off late i feel that I have memory loss or rather poor memory .Secondaly when I speak I quite often fumble ,whatever I want to speak I loose track of it sometimes or some other words come out instead .its disturbing .i often feel short of vocabulary .though this was never a problem couple of years back .Academic life has been good .No family issues .

You need to be evaluated by a neurologist to find out the underlying cause for your symptoms.
Both memory problems and language symptoms suggest a dysfunction of the brain.
