Having Pregnancy Like Symptoms And Irregular Periods Can I Be Pregnant?

Hello My name is JD.
I typically have a 34 day cycle. July, and August I had my cycle on the 18th of the month. In September, it came on the 23. October I did not have a cycle. I believe my cycle was switching up because for as long as I can remember that's normally when my cycle switches up; considering the fact that I turn another age the next month ( November)
So I came on November 1, and I normally stay on for 6-7 days. In the midst of these cycles I have been having unprocted sex using the pull out method. But on the 24th of November he ejaculated twice inside of me. I had what I believe to my cycle on the 4th of December but it was 4 day and the 4th day consisted of spotting. I went to the dr and took a urine test on today and it was negative. I took a blood test also, but my Pcp says the results won't be back until tomorrow. I feel soo sick my breast are growing tender, I have gas, I feel very weird, my aereolas are very dark, and I'm very sensitive to smell my temp is consistent around 98.797.5 last Monday I could hardly get out of bed I had really bad stomach pains and had dirreaha.
