Having Red Dots On My Back. No Itching Or Burning. What Could It Be? Medical Cure For This.

I woke up with a honeycomb/grid shape pattern of red dots on my back this morning. They are not raised, they do not itch or burn. Everything I did last night up until my boyfriend saw it this morning was of my normal routine. I did not sleep on anything of that pattern/texture, I was not overheated. I've looked on many forums and no one seems to have an answer.

Hello and welcome to HCM

If the dots do not present with any symptoms no need to worry a lot. Just observe for a few days. Maybe just a bug bite. Take a oral antihistaminic like cetrizine and apply calamine lotion.

Hope I helped. Thank you. Feel free to further clear your doubt with followup questions
