Having Rope Worm And Coming Out Of Nose And Ears. Blood In Nose. What To Do?

i have a friend who they say has rope worm in her. She is in stage 5. They come out of her nose and ears, and when she goes to bath room to pee or poop. We don't know what to do. We have called all over the united states for help but no one has heard of it and will not treat her. She gets bloody noses and they come out. As soon as they hit the air they die. At night they are awfull in her please help us and tell where we can go to get help.
