Hello Archana and welcome to HCM,

There are a number of reasons for hair loss.

Most common being dandruff. If you have dandruff, apply ketoconazole shampoo twice weekly.

There could be numerous other causes like, have you recently given birth to a child, are you on any medicine, are you stressed ? In all these condition your hairfall will resolve three months within elimination of the cause.

If the hairloss is severe get a hormone work up from your consulting physician and rule out thyroid or other endocrine gland involvement.

Take biotin supplements, Dont wear tight hairstyles and eat a healthy diet.

Hope I helped.
