Having Severe Neck Pain On Left Side When Hungry. Muscle In Neck Are Locked. Sharp Neck Pain. What Is This?
Hello,
I'm 15 and am having severe neck pain on the left side when I get hungry. It feels as though the muscles in my neck become locked up, and it even affects my upper left shoulder, my left ear, and the left side of my jaw.
Just last night, I was rolling around on the floor in pain. I ate something, and it almost immediately got better.
Along with the neck pain, I also get sharp chest pain from being hungry.
As per your symptoms neck pain can be due to diffuse disc bulge compressing your cervical spine. Most probable reason for your symptoms could be postural problem as you may be sitting for long time and working on computer for long time.
Some medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain, you can take them consulting your treating doctor. Ther may be associated duodenal ulcer leading to chest pain and hunger pain.
Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood. Hope this helps. Wish you speedy recovery.
Take care
