Having Skin Prone To Form Acne. Tried Many Things With No Results. Suggestion

Hello
I am having skin prone to form acne every now and then and sometimes to its formation
It remains for months . I have tried many things like topical benzoyl peroxide and clindamycin and also have taken azithral and other doxynor tabs ., and I am really dissapointed with the results ..
Suggest me something with better prognosis doctor

Welcome to health care magic.
Acne is a chronic problem and requires maintaince treatment even after all the lesions have subsided. You could continue to use topicals like clindamycin, clarithromycin with a benzoyl peroxide with adapelene combination. You could also try salicylic peels . Have a healthy diet rich in coloured fruits and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Stay away from cosmetics with a creamy base and use water based ones. Hope this helps
