Having Soreness On The Side Of Breast, Hair Loss. What Is The Reason?

Hi i am 20 year old female. i have been having a soreness on the side of my left breast/near armpit for the past few weeks it hurts to touch in the area or apply any pressure. I do have regular periods but i also noticed for the past few months my hair seems to be thinning out on the scalp. ive always had thin hair but now if i put my hair back it looks like i have some bald spots.

There is possibility of some infection or some benign lesion.
You once consult gynecologist/general surgeon and get examined to find out the actual cause for your problem.
You may need sonomammogram once.
And also once go for investigations including prolactin levels, testosterone levels and thyroid profile.
By this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treated.
