Having Strange Uneasiness, Imbalance On Head, PCOD, Numbness In Hand. Cause?

Hi doctor , My sister (35 yr old) is having a strange uneasiness on her head and cant explain what exactly is. It s being 2 months now. She has to go out in connection with her work, few days in a week. She feels some kind of imbalance on her head sometimes, and her palms gets cold at times. Mainly this problem occurs at night. She is having PCOD and is under treatment for that. She feels sometimes numbness on her hands and other body parts too. Her pressure is 110/70 and otherwise everything is okay. She has gone to a neorologist and orthopedic doc initially. They didnt find anything unusual. Can you tell us what will be her problem and to which doctor she has to consult? We are in tension as her marriage is on next week.

I have gone through your question carefully and from that it look that she is having some neurological problem- numbness in hands and other body parts, imbalance of head on and off. You have been yo neurologist but ether is no mentioning of nay MRI Brain or any investigation on the basis of which she was declared normal.

Had I been treating her, I would get an MRI Brain and an EEG done to rule out anything neurological. once this is found ok , then these symptoms may be raleted to her anxiety of the approaching marriage.

as you have a major ceremony coming , it il be advisable that you get the above said investigations along with routine blood tests. Atlest if these test are fine, one need not worry about anything serious.

I think you should see a neurologist once again.
