Having Tested Positive For Ovulation, Why Am I Having Pelvic Cramps And Discharge?

on clomid have pcos and using progesterone cream tested positive for ovulation10 days ago and now started having a few light cramps to only one side of pelvic area have creamy light pink discharge period is not due intil 14 of april took preg test 2 days ago negative but I used a dollar test very cheap so what can this be.

Hi. That discharge may be implantation bleeding. However, wait for your due date to come and if no proper bleeding and there is a doubt get one internal scan ( TVS) done to confirm pregnancy. This cycle a trial had been given to you by clomid and response was good as ovulation occured, but it may be successful or may take few cycles to become positive. Thanks.
