Having Yellow Discharge After Bleeding During Periods Along With Unbearable Pain. Is It Due To Endometriosis?
My periods last about a week, but the bleeding turns into a yellow liquid that continues to come out for another week or two. It's like being on my period, it's just a yellow substance. Also, I have been cramping to the point of near unbearable pain at times during this period of time. It has been this way for two cycles. I was told I may have endometriosis. I am unsure if this has anything to do with it. Could you please give me a guess on what is going on with my body?

Endometriosis is an disorder in which the tissue of the uterus where the ovum(egg) gets implanted gets distributed in extra uterine tissue resulting in symptoms and produces a number of symptoms e.g, prolonged bleeding, infertility, lower abdominal pain. dyspareunia(painful intercourse), painful micturition and painful defecation.
The treatment can be surgical and medical which you should only from a trained gynecologist
simple analgesic can relive the pain
Oral contraceptives and drugs like danazol can relieve the symptoms and can result in improving the infertility
