Head Got Bumped. Red Marks On Eyebrow And Not Able To Open The Eye. Applied Cold Pack And Taken Ibrufen. Consult Doctor?

My kids were wrestling this morning and my daughters head got bumped a couple times. theres large red marks on her eyebrow. today it's gotten worse and worse and worse now she can barely open her eye. we tried a cold compress and ibuprofen... looks like a lot of liquid in there... should I be worried or take her to the ER?

there can be sub epethelial hematoma under the skin in my opinion and as the blood clots under skin to form hematoma
need to see doctor in my opinion who can find out the extent of damage and treat as the blood hematoma may put pressure on the adjoining tissues to cause complications
