Head Hurt And Abdominal Pain After Two Days. Should I Consult The Doctor?

My son hit his head on the concrete Saturday , he was wrestling with friends and fell. He had a head ach most of Saturday and Sunday morning. Today he was cine but after a haircut and scalp massage his nead hurt again. Now he is complaining of a stomach ache and didn't eat dinner and just threw up tonight but is still severe ache stomach . Should I watch him tonight or take him to hospital? Do you think the head a nd stomach are related?

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
If he has a head injury due to hitting on concrete, observe him for 48 hours for drowsiness, vomiting or convulsions.
If none of these things are present there is nothing to worry. Regarding stomach ache it is not related to head injury.
treat for stomach ache by giving Cyclopam 3 times daily and if there is no improvement Consult pediatrician
