Head Injury, Shoulder Injury, Ankle Pain, Twitching In Arms. Done CAT Scan And Blood Work. What Is Going On?
my symptoms started after my eye surgery in beggining of april. first thing went to er for my good eye had blood in it. they asked me if i had fallen and i didn't know if i had. then last sunday i fell head first to the floor but i hit the fridge and hurt my shoulder. then next day i sprained my ankle falling again. er didn't do any testing. calld nurse told symptoms made me call 911. they did catscan, blood work and cardio test. the only thing abnormal was ther was a difference in blood pressure when i stood up. i am felling more symptoms but don't know if its from fall or hydrocodone. legs twitching arms hurt and and still not steady. what do i need to have my dr do to find out why im falling?
hi, your symptoms more suggestive of postural hypotension that is postural fall in B.P. It is because of any drugs you are already using , or because of autonomic dysfunction of and other neurological cause. So better consult a cardiologist and a neurologist to verify medicines taken by you and further evaluation like tilt table testing if needed. Meanwhile you better avoid sudden change in position like sudden standing from lying down position. thank you.
