Headache, Bulging Vein Between Temple And Eyebrow. Anything Serious?
Hi I'm a 22 year old male that has been having headaches on the right side of my head. Last night I had a mild one and I looked in the mirror as I was washing my hands and I noticed a vein that is located between my temple and eye brow that was bulging out. I've never seen this before and it really scared me. This headache proceeded after a really intense and stressful meeting. Could this be serious?
Hi!

A bulging vein at the head may be normal and may also disappear on its own. It could be due to high blood pressure, temporal arteritis or primary headaches such as tension headaches.
Tension-type headache pain is often described as a constant pressure,Itis the most common type of primary headache. Various precipitating factors may cause tension-type headaches in susceptible individuals like Stress,Sleep deprivation ,Uncomfortable stressful position or bad posture ,Irregular meal time or Eyestrain .
As you said you had a stressful meeting it can be a tension headache.
