Headache, Dizziness, Stomach Pain, Losing Weight. Reason?

Hi Im 17 and i been having serious headaches on the back of my head , which leads to dramatic dizziness that i cant stand becuase i feel my head so heavy , I'm having rapid lost weight , stomach aches, and i get really lazzy not wanning to communicate with anyone or do anything for the past 6 months are these any symptoms of anything ?

Hello, Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your doctor for this case of severe headache and dizziness , I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Any tumor in the head in occipital region.As you mentioned that there is severe headache , rapid weight loss, dizziness, tiredness . Diagnosis can be confirmed by M R I of posterior part of brain .
2 Hypo tension ,this is the most prominent cause of dizziness, headache .
Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a physician .
3 Anemia is one more such reason , so please get in blood for hemoglobin level
4 According to your age group ,these symptoms may be due to tension ( stress) .
In my opinion first of all consult a neurologist and get his opinion and M R I of posterior part of brain.
