Headache, Drowsiness, Sleepy Feeling After Head Hitting On Door. Suggestions?
I hit my head really hard on the door frame of my van about 4 hours ago. I had a swimming kind of feeling in my head at impact with an instant headache and drowsiness. My head is still hurting on the site of impact and I still have a headache. I am sleepy and have not gone to sleep yet because I am afraid. What should I do?

I think you are thinking about head injury and getting upset.
I would like to know How was the impact (was it in motion or stationary object / You).
Do you have bleeding from nose/ ear/ eye or around eye blackening?
Do you have any episodes of vomitting?
Do you have giddiness?
Do you have intense headache?
If you answer yes to any of above, then don't waste time please consult a doctor in Hospital so that necessary action can be taken.
