Hello
Thanks for posting this query in HCM
Let me tell you that headache can be due to various causes like brain tumor, infections, and problems in the blood vessels of the brain, migraine and cluster headache and so on. Flu can also cause headache.
The first step is to correctly diagnose the condition
Please visit a local hospital and get evaluated. The clinical evaluation is important. This will guide us
regarding further investigations like CT scan, lumbar puncture. A possibility of meningoencephalitis cannot be excluded. If the investigations are normal and if it is simple flu than you will recover soon with symptomatic treatment.
I strongly recommend you to get evaluatyed in a local hosipiatl at the earliet
Hope this clarifies
