Headache, Gradual Clutters On Frontal Part In Humid, Hot And Cold Area, Feeling Of Pulled Nerves. What Can Be Done?
Hi I am 65 yrs healthy smart active & fitness conscious person. I don t suffer from BP problems. But do suffer from headache problem very often whenever there is high humidity, heat or very cold then only I do get slowly gradually clutter on my front head . I feel my head nerves being pulled. mostly u have a headache due to congetion problems
congetion in nose or throat or in sinuses can cause headache mostly in frontal region
go for X ray PNS.
check ur eye sight by refrection and fundus examinations
wear sunglasses and specs if u have
take decongestant medication like phenylnephrin along with paracetamol if u needed
