I have been sick for the past week. at first I thought it was just a really intense sinus infection . now I m not so sure. I have had a pounding headache for 4 days& my heart beats rapidly mostly at night.I am also experiencing shortness of breath& feeling weakness in my shoulders & legs. any advice as to what this might be?

Hi there ~

Headaches are common and it is situation specific. Please identify what it is that is causing you to have headaches and try to cure it and you will be better off instantaneously. For example if you feel like your headache is worse in libraries that have old books, you may be allergic to molds and so you may start to have headache and shortness of breath along with sneezing etc. Also you may need to get tested for allergic rhinitis and / or asthma either substance induced or seasonal so as to be able to get the right treatment. An allergist or a general physician who can give you the appropriate referral may be helpful. In either cases do not be worried as there is a solution to your problem. Do not linger on it, please act on it.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a good day !
