Headache, Neckpain. Given Clonidine, Phenobarbital IM, Ativan, Clonidine, Remeron, Robaxin Are These Safe?

Friend was given following within 11 hour time frame and need to know if safe. Only one dosage is known. 11:33am - Clonidine for BP and Phenobarbital IM, 2 hrs later Ativan, 90 min later Clonidine, 4.5 hrs later Clonidine, Ativan, Remeron, 30 min later Robaxin for neck pain, 30 min later 8mg Robaxin for headache and neck pain, hour later 8mg more Suboxone. Is this safe?

From the medications that you have stated it appears that the treating doctor is not sure about the cause of his neck pain. Reason could be an unreliable history.
Yes the medications which have been given are of different groups and may not interact much with each other except for reducing the BP which needs to be monitored. Otherwise its OK to give these medications in the dosages mentioned.
