Headache, Stomach Pain, Feeling Sick. Any Ideas?

Hi, for the past couple of weeks I have had on and off headaches everyday and shooting pains in my belly which sometime cause me to stop doing whatever I am doing due to the sharpness of the pain. I have also been feeling quite sick throughout the day and generally not feeling myself. Any ideas what this could be please?

Sudden onset headache, stomach pain and feelings of sickness along with pains in belly can be occurring due to some migraine headache. Migraine can cause throbbing headache along with nausea, tummy upset and other visceral problems. Acute attack of acidity can also cause headache. Consult a doctor for good management of this problem.
