so I woke up this morning with a bad headache and felt like I was going to pouke I took a tilonal and went back to sleep and now I still have the headache when I woke up and it wont go away so I took another tilonal and I feel sick to my stomach sometimes and when I stand up I feel dizzy and pressure on my head, what could this be could I be sick or pregnant??
Sudden onset headache along with nausea, vomiting, dizziness, heaviness on head can occur due to migraine type of headache. Such symptoms can also occur due to low BP or hypotension as you had these symptoms in morning. You got no relief with commonly used medicines. See most likely these type of symptoms are not due to pregnancy. If you want to remain on safe side you can go for prega strip test to rule out pregnancy. Wait for some time so that you get some relief in symptoms and then consult a doctor for expert management.
Thanks
