Headache, Taken Tylenol, No Relief, Doctor Commented Its Because Of Eating Fatty Foods. Possible?

i started with headache or head pain on the left side of my head that is located above and behind the ear two days ago. When I turn to the left it hurts more. I have taken tylenol and ibuprofen, but nothing has helped. I spoke to my doctor s office this morning, and the nurse asked me about different foods that I had eaten within the last 2 days. I have moderate- high cholesterol - hdl 49, ldl 160, and triglycerides 130. I am not on a statin , because of horrible side effects. She told me that it was a headache due to eating fatty foods for the last couple of days. Have you heard of head pain caused by this? I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow afternoon.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion the fatty foods will trigger migraine and tension type headaches and as you tryglycerides levels are also high you need to be cautions and take less fatty foods to avoid complications. If it is a migraine then you need to take prophylaxis so that you will get some free interval.Thank you.
