Headache, Whooshing In Ear, Pressure Behind Right Ear, Problem With Lights At Night. What Could Be This?

I have been having headaches for about four months now. There is a whooshing in my right ear that sometimes turns into a heartbeat sound. I have extreme pressure behind my right eye and at times it feels as if I am not seeing from that eye. I also have a problem with lights at night, the lights looks like I am staring into the sun, wearing my sunglasses helps some but does not solve the problem. I am also very physically tired lately even after sleeping a full 8 hours at night.

Welcome to HCM!

I have read your question carefully and from my clinical experince I would say that you should meet a doctor, preferably a neurologist. I think that you need a through physical examination, including Blood pressure, blood tests, and opthalmological examination. Getting an MRI Brain will make the things more clear.
Almost all the symptoms are as you said from past four months, which suggest that it is something acute. The symptoms are resembling migraines, but feeling tired all day long..is rather an unusual finding when there is no migraine attack.

You have not mentioned if you have any other illness, or are on any medication, your age....these would have really helped in looking into the problem.
however, for headaches you can take aceclofenac tablet but please see a doctor and get yourself investigated.

Hope you get well soon
