Headaches And Bloating Of The Upper Abdomen. Alcoholic. Are They Related?

Hi. I am experiencing headaches and bloating of the upper abdomen. The bloating has been constant for a couple of months, worse on some days than others. The headaches seem to be related to the bloating, and have been pretty constant for the past two weeks, and unresponsive to over the counter medications. I have had no changes to my diet in the past few months, do not drink more than three alcoholic drinks per month, and do not smoke. My periods are normal for me (regular and about 6-7 days long). I am 44 years of age.
Thank you.
