Hello, I have been getting heart pain s for a couple of years..they come and go. I ve also been to the doctors a lot of times to ask about it and i also got checked up but they said nothing is wrong with me. Recently i have this growling noise near my heart and i can also feel it as well but i do not know what it is and also when i breath in sometimes i can feel my heart expand..(this happened to me 3 times in the space of 24 hours)
Hi, thank you for your query. Can you mention the characteristics of your "heart Pain" ? Significant heart pain usually manifestated as a compressive or heaviness feeling in the chest. A significant portions of our bowels reside into our chest specially in lying postures. so, the sound you hear may comes from your gut ! ECG, Echocardiography, chest and abdominal X-ray, Usg abdomen etc are needed for proper evaluation. Does OTC acid lowering drugs like omeprazole helps to relieve symptoms ? Then the pain may origin from ur upper gut. Hope, this helps.
hello, sir the noise seems to be due to bowel sounds may be in stomach , you should undetake usg abdomen to confirm the position and also have one x ray chest to confirm any other abnormalities if there not any heart problem and let us know for the same , meanwhile stop taking all cold drinks and sour spicy foods.
take care
