Hi, welcome to healthcare magic
Tachycardia is elevated heart rate, sinus tachcardia occurs when the
sinoatrial node (the tissue in the heart that can generate impulses) sends out elevated rate of impulses. It can result from a number of conditions such as pain, fever, anxiety, dehydration, caffeine,
heart failure, anemia,
hyperthyroidism (excess thyroid hormone), nicotine, pheochromcytoma (which is a tumor that causes increase in certain hormones that can increase the heart rate),
heart attack ,
pulmonary embolism (blockage of part of the lung), other lung disease.
Right bundle branch block: there are certain pathways in the heart that are suppose to conduct impulses. In right bundle branch block there is a blockage in the pathway in the
right ventricle (a chamber in the right side of the heart) and impulse usually have to then come from the left side of the heart. Some persons have no symptoms as a result of it, others may have fainting or actually slow heart rate.
The treatment depends on the cause of the block. Possible causes are heart abnormality from birth, heart attack, pulmonary embolism,
high blood pressure, viral or bacterial infection of the heart.
The ECHO showed hypokinesia which means decreased movement of the heart muscle and because of the decreased movement it does not seem to be ejecting enough blood to the rest of the body.
Your doctor will probady conduct futher investigations to determine the exact cause of these results.
I hope this information is helpful to you and wish you the best
