Heaviness in chest main is due to hiatal hernia or fatty liver disease or acid reflux induced asthma or decreased diaphragmatic movement or arrhythmia etc.
Also, check for sleep apnea or hypothyroidism or dyspepsia etc. Take tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Avoid spicy food and alcohol.
Do regular exercise and yoga. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
