Heavy, Long Periods. Diagnosed Retro Tilted Anterior Intramural Layer. Having Children In Future Difficult?
i am a 20 year old female who just found out that i have retro_tilted anterrior intramural layer am scarred that i might cant have children in the future and its so discomforting i had a heavy menstruation then it went to very light that wont stop for at least 12 days ,i went to my doctor he told that it just stress .... i want to have a child now so it later it would be difficult for me to get one ....................please help your advice will be really helpful at this point thank you
Retroverted uterus is quite a common condition, seen in many women. It does not interfere significantly with pregnancy. Your doctor needs to rule out any cause for the same like fibroids or endometriosis. Discuss the issue with your gynecologist in detail to avoid any irrational fears about not having a child in the future.
Yes stress can cause heavy bleeding during menstrual cycles. Try relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga etc. Try distraction techniques as well. Add regular exercise into your routine, it can help you a lot.
