Heavy Period Flow, Continuous Spotting. History Of Mayomectomy. Cause Of Symptoms?
My wife is now 45 yrs.About 10 months back she got heavy bleeding (with clots) with a pain at her periods. (some years back she got DVT due to pressing of her vena cava vein by a big fibroid .Went through a mayomectomy .Took wafarine pills for mare than 1 year. Now shoe is not taking any medicine.) We had some indigenous medical treatments and during the periods bleeding is normal but last for 5-7 days with out any pain.But she is having spotting always .(Previously she did not had any spotting and she was with dry vagina) .Now she sued to ware a panty liner or a sanitary pad always. Is this normal or otherwise? PMS or low progesterone level or ZN,MG B6 deficiency? Vindake (Husband)

As you had mentioned that your wife had undergone myomectomy once, i would advise you to get your wife's sonography done. This will help you to understand what is the status of fibroid at present. Fibroids have tendency to recur again.
Other than fibroids there are other causes for spotting between periods like contraceptive pills, IUCD,thyroid problem , stress.
