Heavy Periods And Lasts 5 Days, Later It Was Late And Short, Spotting. Implantation Bleeding?

Hi, I have a question . My menstrual cycles normally begin every 21-25 days . They are normally very heavy and last 5 days . Last month I noticed it was different I was also late. It wasn't as heavy and it was shorter . This month I was 3 days late and it's not like a period . More like spotting . No harsh cramps either . Could I be pregnant ? Could this be implantation bleeding ?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Now note down the reason of this type of symptoms as,
Dysfunctional uterine bleeding, scanty menses, irregular bleeding, amenorrhea, in young child bearing female may be due to ,
1 Poly Cystic Ovarian Disease ( PCOD) , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of abdomen with emphasis over both ovaries.
Consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
2 One more reason may be due to any disease in uterus such as fibroid or endometriosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound and consult gynecologist.
3 least possible reason may be hormonal imbalance so get in estrogen , androgen , F SH / L H ratio ( alteration if any) .
Consultation of gynecologist will help.
In my opinion this is not due to pregnancy or implantation bleeding.
Still you have some doubt, please get in home pregnancy test ( 7 days delay after period).
