HI
Thank fro asking to HCM
In the beginning say the first few years of menses in early teen gives more troubles but its come round very soon, but it does not mean that other causes of heavy bleeding should not be investigated, in fact the menses is the only way which the indication of some blood disorder and it is the firs rule for investigation in this direction in other word routine blood examination should be done along with bleeding disorder parameter or profile, you can discus this with your gynecologist, have nice day.
