Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. If you were my patient I would have advised you ultrasound abdomen and also routine blood checkup like hb levels, sugar levels. Ultrasound to rule out pregnancy and other blood tests to rule out hyperglycemia as your symptoms correlates with them. Hope this answer is helpful. Than you.
