with due respect and bright hope i would like to inform you that i never had sex till now and i am 23 but i enjoy masturbation..but the worst thing is that my sperm falls out within around ten seconds ....i am worrieed that my future sex life with my wife may be disturbed ..so i want to get my problem fix before marriage .....i want to be ready for the sexual life approaching to me ..so plese just guide me and i am reaedy to follow every steps you asks for me ..plz plz plz sir m in a great trouble ..i hoope u will help me in this problem
After reading your post, I would like to advise you that you should first remove from your mind the thought that you are having trouble of premature ejaculation.
Following some precautions may be helpful:- 1.Avoid excessive masturbation. 2. Don't think of ejaculation while having intercourse. 3.Pelvic strengthening exercises can be helpful. 4.Yoga and meditation will help in keeping the mind relaxed.
According to you,you are suffering from premature ejaculation. Mostly it is due to psychological causes. You should keep yourself away from provocative literature and videos. You should also do meditation and yoga. Before intercourse,practice long foreplay. You can also practice holding of penis at coronal sulcus during the verge of ejaculation.It helps a lot.
