Follow this-
Drink 1 cup (200ml) buffalo milk before sleeping at nit daily
Meditation for atleast 15 minutes in morning
Yoga - pranaayam practice for 3 - 5 minutes
Practice - SHAVA-ASANA in evening whenever u feel puzzuled exhausted anxious
Avoid watching too much TV or any programme show which makes u anxious and irritated
Avoid using too much gadgets
