Hi jennifer , jennifer ! We can be better if we won't spread disease. Most person have herps infections this is type 1 ,but symptom occurs when it is trigger by cold, hot, sunlight etc. Use tropic antiviral creams, vasaline, suncreams, if pain take oral diclofenac tab if pain And don't touch it, wash hand too.
